Scope discipline (Doctrine v11 §2, axis 8)
SZL ships delivery + verification + governance — decision support with cryptographic proof. No autonomous lethal action. Where a use case touches a kinetic domain (counter-UAS, defense), SZL is the governed brain that produces an auditable recommendation; the effector and the human-in-the-loop are out of scope by design.
